Coral Collective is a women-owned marketing and creative agency in Irvine, California. We're small on purpose — senior people, close to the work, unafraid to break the things that need breaking.

Founded in 2021 by Patricia Roca and Lola Martinez, Coral Collective grew out of years spent inside regulated healthcare, aesthetics and pharma marketing — categories where the creative has to be brave and the compliance has to be flawless.
Most agencies treat regulatory review as a constraint. We treat it as home turf. We know MLR, PRC and every acronym in between — which means we can chase a braver idea, because we already know how to get it approved.
