Founded in 2021 by Patricia Roca, Coral Collective grew out of years spent inside regulated healthcare, aesthetics and pharma marketing — categories where the creative has to be brave and the compliance has to be flawless.
Most agencies treat regulatory review as a constraint. We treat it as home turf. We know MLR, PRC and every acronym in between — which means we can chase a braver idea, because we already know how to get it approved.

Patricia Roca
Patricia founded Coral Collective in 2021 after two decades leading brand and creative for the industry's most scrutinized categories — healthcare, medical aesthetics and pharma. She sets the vision, holds the bar, and keeps the work brave.
Her conviction is simple: regulatory rigor and bold creative aren't opposites. Knowing MLR and PRC inside out is exactly what lets the collective chase the braver idea — because they already know how to get it approved.
